Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Junior Clerk position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

1. Education:
   • Higher Secondary School Certificate (2nd Division) from a recognized board.
2. Technical Skills:
   • Typing speed of 25 words per minute in English on a computer.
   • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or any other compatible office applications (a practical test will be conducted to demonstrate this skill).
3. Age Limit:
   • Male: 18 to 30 years (including a 5-year age relaxation).
   • Female: 18 to 33 years (including an 8-year age relaxation).
   • Transgender candidates’ age will be determined as per their CNIC details.

   4.Domicile & Posting:

• • • Only candidates with a domicile in Lahore District are eligible.
    • The posting location will be Lahore.

Syllabus for Written Test

The recruitment test consists of one paper (MCQ-based) with a total duration of 90 minutes. The syllabus includes:

• General Ability (80%)
  • General Knowledge
  • Pakistan Studies
  • Current Affairs
  • Geography
  • Basic Mathematics
  • English
  • Urdu
  • Everyday Science
• MS Office & Computer Skills (20%)

Note:
Only candidates who qualify for the General Ability Test will be invited for the typing and proficiency test.
